DMCA Policy for Bloggertemplates.top

At Bloggertemplates.top, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA).

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Take-Down Notices)

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on Bloggertemplates.top infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a written notification of alleged copyright infringement to our Designated Agent.

To be effective, your notification (the "DMCA Notice") must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.

  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., a specific URL).

  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address at which the complaining party may be contacted.

  • A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

2. Designated Agent

Please send your DMCA Notices to our Designated Agent:

Designated Agent: [Your Name/Department, e.g., "Copyright Agent"] Email Address: [Your Email Address, e.g., "dmca@bloggertemplates.top"]

(Please replace the bracketed information above with your specific contact details.)

3. Counter-Notification (Restoration of Material)

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our Designated Agent.

To be effective, your counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.

  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Bloggertemplates.top may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may, in our sole discretion, send a copy of the counter-notification to the original complaining party. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against you, the removed material may be replaced or access to it restored within 10 to 14 business days after receipt of the counter-notification, at our discretion.

4. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted works.

5. Changes to This DMCA Policy

We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our DMCA procedures.
